Thai Bank Scam
The Thai banks really need to fix the problem with the different branches in Thailand, they still in 2010 keep charging extra small feels to transfer money over provinces. Even when you use internet banking they still charge a fee for transfer the money to another bank and to another province.
No late transfer
To transfer after 21.00 – 06.00 in Thailand is impossible the banks do now allow you to transfer funds to other accounts after 21.00, probably because the staff goes home.
Some internet banks charge you an extra fee for express deliver from 21.00-01.00 but it is actually not delivered until next day or two days later if there is a weekend. You pay up to 10 times as much as the normal fee for express delivery but you get nothing in return even if the status shows now. So you better off waiting to next morning 06.00.
Extra credit card fee
Last year the Thai banks created an extra fee of 100 THB for credit cards from abroad even if the credit cards companies already charge you an extra fee in your home country. The limit for taking out money is also limited to around 20 000 THB.

If possible always use them to support them not charge an extra fee.
