We were ripped off to the tune of several thousand dollars by a Thai
Tour company. Despite contacting them numerous times, they will not
refund our money. I need to know who I can contact in Thailand about
this. The Consumer Protection Board does not have an email address.
Even if you are able to help, are we likely to see some action or will
it all be a waste of time. Thailand is a wonderful country, we have
visited many times. This company gives Thailand and tourism there a
bad name.

It is difficult to answer you questions since you do not tell the story you just say “we got ripped off”.
