Pattaya Jet Ski Scam attacks victim

Now the Jet Ski scam groups in Pattaya are confident the Police will never do anything to catch them that they attack the victims after they paid. The police will not arrest the people behind it since the Police are protecting the scam groups and the victims will probably flee home. When the jet ski scam groups did not get what they wanted they attacked two boys from Macau at the hotel.
