I tried to respond you your article accusing us of scamming people but
the site would not accept it.
While I accept that anyone can express an opinion I do feel that it is
wrong to label this Legal case as a scam.
If we had refused to do anything to get either the registration papers
or the money back for our customers then it would be a scam but as we
immediately took this to court, put the supplier involved in prison
and started along the path to a solution, I think most people would
agree that this is not a scam. It is a terrible situation that we are
working to resolve.
Unfortunately when people read articles such as this they form their
own opinions based on other peoples opinions, not the facts. as
mentioned in my ThaiVisa statement, anyone, including yourself can
contact us at anytime, we have never hidden away from this, we have
been very open about this case. What is also overlooked is that we are
not the only dealer to have this problem with this particular
supplier, but we are the only dealer that has come this far down the
legal route to a solution.
Some of the people involved have done as you said and had their
lawyers contacted us. They get mixed responses, most have been advised
to wait for the outcome of our case or they will only end up in a
queue behind us, they are happy with the way our lawyer is dealing
with it. Some have chosen to go ahead with their own case and have had
our full help and support.
I hope this shines a bit more light on our situation.

chance to give our factual side of the story.

Despite the fact that you still talking to your customers you do not take a personal loan or sell your other business to make your customers happy. It is not really their problem if you got scammed by someone else. Not warning people about selling or buying cars from you would be wrong as well. If you simply bought back all the cars from the people you sold to you would have a clear mind but you are just blaming somebody else. Feel free to submit the police report and court cases you brought against the other people that scammed you.
