Thai Girl with Hot Heart

January 5th, 2012 · Thai Girls

If you living with a Thai girl with a hot heart just break up with her. You might think it is funny that the girl have a hot temper and make fighting sometimes but you could get into serious problems.

Just last month I saw a man from the UK arrested because his girlfriend “jumped” from a balcony. I am not saying he pushed or her or he did not push her but you never want to get in contact with the Thai police. If it was the other way around the girl would just be questioned and let go.

These Thai girls are also famous for making big scenes to attract a big crowed and while sculling you in Thai the onlookers while look you with pity and disgust. If you really unlucky some Thai men will find the opportunity to beat you up.

I had a problem with this kind of girl who always tried to start a fight with me so that she could call the police and tell them I hurt her. I never touched her and let her slapped me around while I called hotel security.

These Thai girls have problem like drug addictions, debts or big family problems and you are not the kind of person to help them. Being nice does not help because they are probably unhappy whatever you do.

My next door guy who visit his Thai girl from time to time always have to buy new furniture the next day since she make a fight to get rid of him. She cannot wait to get back with her sweet heart Thai boyfriend.

This might not sound like a scam warning but it is something that could very easily turn into a very expensive experience for you.

More problems in WOW California

December 18th, 2011 · Thai Fitness Clubs

To be honest i am not really sure what the name is, the name when i bought the card was 24 hours something and it changed several times. I am not even sure they legally can change the name just like that in Thai law but i guess money talks.

We got to emails from former customers to WOW California and we have just copied their views direct from the letter. Their opinion is from them and you have to be your own judge if WOW California  is the fitness club for you. Many of these scams /tricks  is going on around the world and not only in Thailand and WOW California. But since they are the biggest chain they get the most complaints.

Letter 1 from Cliff M

Just found out that my top-of-the-line, premium priced “lifetime”
membership to California Wow in Pattaya is now %100 null and void
because I forgot to pay an annual fee of 100 baht. I’m sure this
detail is located somewhere in the fine print of my written agreement
but I don’t recall any mention of it at the time I plunked my money
down. I carelessly took the term “lifetime membership” at face value
and read no further. No penalty or reduced reinstatement fee was
offered. The only option I was given was to start over and purchase a
new membership. I don’t get it. Where’s the profit in dumping members?
Who in their right mind would turn around and give more money to an
organization that they feel cheated them the first time around?

Letter 2 from Yuka

i am two years member of Cawow at Ekkamai and lately faced or lets say
“realized” their scam about personnel training.

I didnt go there quite long time and just went back to re-start taking
my personal training. Then my trainer showed me that, my PT n KF(kick
fit) training i purchased earlier has all expired already. There are
35 times!!! And they told me there is a way to help me to complete all
35 sessions if i purchase new sessions.

So i did purchased. I know sounds stupid to pay them more, but i
thought it would be better than just wasting 35 sessions. Also, they
told me 35 + new 12 sessions will be valid till April, which my two
years membership expire.

However, when i checked my new contract, it shows 12 session valid
only for a month.

i whatsapp to my trainer who didnt show up this morning session but
repled me “sorry”.
There is no reply about the sessions expiry date.

There was no call or sms from CaWOW before my purchased session
expired.

Now I am going to call to the manager to cancel my 12 times new
session which i just signed last week.

I just talked with their reception. I asked for manager and waited for
over 5min. Finally what they said was “manager will come at noon or
1pm, pls call again”.
When i went there this morning, reception said, he is coming at 10am.
so i called at 10am. and they said, “call at 11″. and now they said,
“call at noon or 1pm”

So, i called my trainer and made sure my total 47session will be valid
till April.
He said he will be responsible about that. Not to worry.
Well, lets see what they gonna say on the first session after my
christmas holiday.

If they ask me to buy more to extend my 47 session, CaWOW is 100%
SCAM!!

I will let you know what happen then.

My Thai hotel stole from me what now?

December 15th, 2011 · Thailand Hotels

Many people write to us asking us to name and shake hotels in Thailand. We cannot according to Thai law just name and shame certain hotels because their bad behavior (even if we wanted to). We understand that many people have problems with staff at hotels steal money from the guest and mostly the hotel owners are on the side of the staff. Your best thing is to make as much fuzz about this at the moment you are there. But first of all make sure your new Thai Girl or Boy friend did not take the money. Make sure the money is not in the room and make sure you collect evidence.

Some things you can do

Send an email out to all English Speaking Newspapers asking them to come down to the Police Station.

Call your local Embassy asking them to come down and help you.

Post on local forums like Thaivisa.com and Personalthailand.com

Write to us and tell us about the problem while you still in Thailand not when you left.

If the Police do not want to take a complaint just ignore him and ask for his supervisor and if do not want to do it call Bangkok Central Police and make a complaint against these police officers.

In Pattaya you can call 1337 and ask for Advice and there is always the tourist Police to call as well.

Payback

The more noise you make the more the hotel owner have to pay to the Police in “good will” money once you left and he might get the point after a while not to side with the staff.

When you have a proper police report all the media in Thailand will be more willing to publish your story since they can base it on the facts of the police report not just your word.

When you come back to your own country you can slander the hotel in question all you want if you did not get the money back.
